Now is the Time to Fund Your Broadband Project
Magellan partners with utilities, cooperatives and governments to apply and manage funding for next- generation broadband. We position clients for the right programs, write grants, engineer world-class networks and manage their deployment, while ensuring compliance under funding programs.
Let us help you get funding under these programs:
• NTIA has published an announcement for the Middle-Mile (MM) Program. This is a $1 billion grant program with applications due September 30, 2022. Awards are expected to be made in the first quarter of 2023.
• NTIA also has published a funding announcement for the Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment Program (BEAD), offering $42.45 billion in funding. Funding will be available during the first half of 2023.
• RUS will issue the fourth funding opportunity for the Rural eConnectivity (ReConnect) Broadband Loan and Grant Program. It will offer almost $2 billion, and funds will be awarded most likely
before the end of 2022.
• For tribal organizations, NTIA will also publish another announcement for the Tribal Broadband Connectivity Program (TBCP). This $2 billion grant program for broadband deployment exclusively on tribal lands. Magellan expects this announcement to be issued in late third quarter of 2022.
